One Pierce Owner, LLC is the owner and Hamilton Partners, Inc. is
the manager of One Pierce Place, a pair of office towers connected
by a concourse. One building contains 17 stories and the other
contains five stories. The complex is located in the Hamilton Lakes
Office Park, the premier office park in the Chicago suburb of
Itasca, Illinois. One Pierce Place was designed by the firm of
Loebel, Schlossman & Hackl and was completed in 1985. The
exterior of One Pierce Place is clad in mirrored glass and polished
Carnelian granite. The interior features a multi-level atrium lobby
with full-length glass windows.
One Pierce
Place's Hamilton Lakes location provides a rich array of resources
for tenants, including a building fitness center. Other
resources include the beautiful wooded campus landscape, including
lakes, a jogging path, day-care center, restaurants and retail, and
a 400+ room Westin hotel with conference facilities.
One Pierce Place
earned the ENERGY STAR as a result of a retrofitting and equipment
calibration program. All lighting in building common areas was
retrofitted from T-12 to T-8 lamps, and occupancy sensors were
installed to control them. In addition, fan boxes and variable air
volume (VAV) air handlers were recalibrated for maximum efficiency.
The property has
been awarded the ENERGY STAR label in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007,
2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Hamilton
Partners, Inc. is proud to participate in the ENERGY STAR program,
considering it an aid to leasing and demonstrates continued efforts
to operate in a sustainable manner.
