The original design of the building only had two large rooftop units - the building was retrofitted with five additional smaller units in order for the building to operate with less equipment running. This resulted in higher efficiency and occupant comfort. The occupants of the building have continually challanged themselves to "reduce thier use," resulting in significant utility savings for the building.
