Since 1991, Alpha Mechanical, Inc. has been a premier mechanical and plumbing contractor in the Southern California area, specializing in high-performance and peak-efficiency for both HVAC and plumbing installation and retrofits. Alpha Mechanical, Inc. headquarters reside in their own 30,000 square foot multi-use building in Kearney Mesa, San Diego. The HVAC system features a state of the art water-cooled high-efficiency Turbocor Chiller and a centralized Building Automation System (BAS). Our work space is primarily illuminated with SolaTubes, which conserve energy while providing natural light. Our 100 kW solar PV array provides about 50% of our electrical needs, proving our commitment to a more sustainable San Diego. Alpha Mechanical is innovating the way to energy and water efficiency in commercial real estate.
