began managing the building in the fall of 2007. At that time, the building's
ENERGY STAR energy performance score was only 35. In the following four years, energy-related
initiatives raised the building's score to 84.
The most significant improvements to the building's efficiency have been to the
lighting and HVAC systems. These improvements include, but are not limited to,

Lighting

-- Replacement of old Energy Management System (EMS) with new hardware and
software
-- Separation of HVAC into smaller zones on the Energy Management System
