Developed and managed by Hines, 6220 Stoneridge is a five-story, 151,000-square-foot office building--one of four that comprise the Pleasanton Corporate Commons office campus. Designed by Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum and completed in 2001, 6220 Stoneridge is located in the San Francisco Bay Area's fast-growing Tri-Cities submarket. Buildings on the campus are arranged in two, two-building clusters, with a richly landscaped pedestrian promenade connecting the two clusters. In addition to ample surface parking and proximity to major transportation arteries, Pleasanton Corporate Commons is adjacent to Stoneridge Mall, the premier regional shopping destination in this suburban market.

6220 Stoneridge earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance as a result of efficient features and energy-conscious management The building is equipped with high-efficiency T-8 lamps with electronic ballasts, while next-generation motion sensors help to reduce use of lighting outside active building hours. Climate control is another source of energy savings; high-efficiency motors on air handling units and cooling towers help to reduce demand, while 100 percent outside-air economizer capabilities let building managers use cool outside air to reduce energy consumption when climate conditions permit. This spirit of active, energy-aware building management, enabled by sophisticated digital building controls, has helped the facility achieve superior energy efficiency.
