These HVAC efficiencies are complemented by high-efficiency (0.62 shading coefficient) thermal glass. Lighting efficiency is maximized as well, with tenant-area incandescent fixtures retrofitted with low-wattage fluorescent and LED lamps; the parking garage also is illuminated with high-efficiency lighting.
