North Campus B
Waltham, MA 02452
North Campus B is a residence hall on the Bentley University campus. The installation of a networked energy management system in 2007 has enabled more accurate scheduling and a greater understanding of the HVAC systems within the building. More accurate scheduling has yielded the highest energy savings of all energy conservation measures implemented on campus. With a greater understanding of the HVAC systems, Bentley has been able to fine-tune the energy management system to further reduce energy consumption without decreasing occupant comfort.
Both internal and external press releases were issued.
?While Facilities Management has worked diligently to improve building energy efficiency, this achievement would not be possible without the efforts of the entire Bentley community. This achievement strengthens the bond within our community to work together to protect our environment.? -- Jessa Gagne, Energy Systems Engineer, Bentley University
