The ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston plant in Boardman, Ore. is located in the heart of one of most prime vegetable-growing regions in the U.S., the Pacific Northwest. It is one of the most versatile plants in the Lamb Weston fleet and produces a wide range of frozen potato products, from french fries, seasoned fries, Twisters, wedge and formed products and their own Alexia Brand, all of which are distributed to restaurants and retail customers worldwide.
The Boardman East plant was built in 1996 by Logan International, and was purchased and renovated by Lamb Weston in 2006. In 2014 the facility underwent an expansion project, adding additional production capabilities to the site. This expansion was constructed using LEED® standards.
