The ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston plant in Twin Falls, Idaho, is located in the southern part of the state, one of most prime vegetable-growing regions in the U.S.  The plant produces frozen potato products including french fries in a variety of cuts and hash browns, which are distributed to restaurants and retail customers worldwide. 
The Twin Falls plant was opened building in 1962 by Idaho Frozen Foods and was purchased by Lamb Weston in 1995.
