The ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston plant in Boardman, Ore. is located in the heart of one of most prime vegetable-growing regions in the U.S., the Pacific Northwest. It is one of the most versatile plants in the Lamb Weston fleet and produces a wide range of frozen potato products, from french fries, seasoned fries, Twisters, wedge and formed products and their own Alexia Brand, all of which are distributed to restaurants and retail customers worldwide.
The Boardman West plant was built in 1972 by Gourmet Foods, and was purchased by Lamb Weston in 1987.
ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston seizes every opportunity to preserve and protect vital natural resources by managing energy and water usage, and by reducing waste and pollution.
The Boardman West plant, combined with our Boardman East plant, earned the ENERGY STAR plant certification for the first time in 2011.
