Langley Air Force Base is located within the city limits of Hampton, Virginia. The 1st Fighter Wing is the host unit providing medical, logistical, and operational support to all Langley units. Other units include 192nd Fighter Wing, an Air National Guard component of the Virginia National Guard, 480th ISR Wing, as well as host to the ACC MAJCOM. The 1st FW operates and maintains one of the largest fighter bases in ACC flying the F-22A Raptor and F-15 Eagle. The 1st FW's mission is to deliver airpower; train, equip and deploy Airmen; deploy, fight and win - anywhere, any time and to deliver 'first-class, first-time' support to Team Langley.
