Located at the northwest corner of Southwest 8th Avenue and Harrison Street in downtown Topeka Kansas, Capitol Tower is a seven-story commercial office building and the Global Corporate Headquarters for Hill?s Pet Nutrition, a wholly owned subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive. Constructed in 1983, the building is owned by Select Income REIT and managed by The RMR Group.

From 2005?2006, the entire building underwent an $8.6 million renovation. Building renovations included:
