Measuring more than 112,000 square feet, the building was constructed in 1999 with engineering specifications 15 years ahead of their time. It is managed by Transwestern and owned by DBRE One Enterprise, LLC, a pension fund under RREEF Asset Management.

The building is currently occupied by a growing semiconductor business, which utilizes the building?s more than 109,000 square feet of office space for engineering their high-tech product.

One Enterprise first earned the ENERGY STAR in 2010 with an energy performance score of 79. The building?s current score of 93 takes into account the current occupancy level and the building?s energy-saving equipment. The efficiency of the building is due primarily to its design and its advanced construction engineering, coupled with the DDC Control system optimizing the efficiency of the HVAC operation. Water-saving plumbing fixtures and controls were installed during the building?s original construction. Irrigation controls were also installed and utilize recycled water to increase water savings. Energy-efficient lighting and occupancy sensors can be found throughout the building, optimizing lighting control. The lobby and elevators have been retrofitted to include LED lighting, contributing to the overall reduction of energy consumption at the building.
