The Towers at Wildwood Plaza is managed and leased by CBRE Asset Services, with engineering support from CBRE Technical Services. A premiere property in the CBREI Strategic Partners portfolio, The Towers at Wildwood Plaza was designed by world-renowned architect I.M. Pei and is located in the prestigious Wildwood Office Park in the Atlanta-Cumberland submarket. Holding a distinctive and iconic architectural presence alongside the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area, The Towers provides a unique mixture of urban and rural environments to customers and visitors alike.
Changes in the workplace created the need for updates to The Towers at Wildwood Plaza. Many components of the building?s energy management system (EMS) were becoming obsolete and difficult to repair or replace. The building?s management decided to upgrade the existing Siemens Apogee EMS. New variable speed drives were installed on all air handlers, the cooling tower, and outside air and exhaust air fan motors. A new, demand-based ventilation system was integrated to give better control of the system on a "real time" basis. In addition, new lighting controls were integrated to bring the building lighting systems under the EMS. Lighting in the building has been recently upgraded to T-8 standard, and LED exit signs and space occupancy sensors are now building standard. The engineering staff has recently completed an upgrade of all building water closets and urinals to low flow standards.

The building is certified under the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC's) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system and earned a BOMA Earth Award.
