The building, constructed in 1988, is managed by Piedmont Office Management and is a property of Wells Real Estate Funds (Wells), a national purchaser and manager of Class A office buildings across the United States. As an ENERGY STAR partner, Wells is committed to continuously improving its sustainable practices to create exceptional environments for tenants.

A number of updates have been made to the property to increase its energy efficiency, including:
