Located in Nappanee, IN, the NTA, Inc. corporate building houses professional engineers, plan reviewers, technicians, consultants, and design draftsmen who provide design, approval, and inspection services to the commercial and residential building industry. 

 

With help from NTA, Inc's in-house green building and LEED AP, NTA has developed a sustainability plan for the entire organization which includes the EPA's ENERGY STAR program.

In addition to updating the lighting and sealing the building envelope, NTA's engineers designed a custom heat recovery system for the building's server room.  Earning the ENERGY STAR is the first step in NTA's long term plan to become net zero.
