Pacific Vista Business Center, Building B is a low-rise office building on approximately 22 acres in the City of Lake Forest, California. This two-story, concrete tilt-up building was constructed in December 2000.

Named for its bluff-top views of South Orange County. Pacific Vista is strategically positioned in the dynamic master planned development of the Pacific Vista Commercentre. Pacific Vista is easily accessible from the Foothill Transportation Corridor and the 5 / 405 freeway junction. Retail amenities include the nearby Foothill Towne Center, Lake Forest Corridor Center, and the Irvine Spectrum.

Pacific Vista's upgraded building systems have raised the standards for traditional low-rise office design in Orange County. Pacific Vista is one of the first projects built to meet the stringent seismic standards of the 1997 Uniform Building Code. The project offers 2,000 amps, three-phase 277-volt service per building with the capacity for easy expansion to 3,000 amps. Pacific Vista provides two HVAC units per floor for more efficient and flexible HVAC zoning. Each building has a back-up generator pad with conduits in place for easy installation. The project is designed with a high capacity telecommunications pathway linking all five buildings through underground conduits, as well as conduit runs preinstalled for rooftop communications.

In November 2009, Pacific Vista Business Center, Building B (25530 Commercentre Drive) earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance and proudly displays the label on the main lobby window. The building's energy management team also participated in Earth Day 2009, providing free CFLs and valuable information to the tenants earning company-wide praise and recognition.
