1. C. USING THE MOST EFFICIENT DESIGNATION IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The ENERGY STAR Most Efficient designation recognizes the most efficient products among those that qualify for the ENERGY STAR. These exceptional products represent the leading edge in energy efficient products each year.

Partner Best Practice Co-Branding Example — Using ENERGY STAR’s Most Efficient Designation
This example of an in-store “sticker” indicates that the corresponding clothes washer meets the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient 2014 criteria, and is eligible for a rebate ($200).
This is clearly stated in the explanation and the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient designation is incorporated at the bottom of each sticker. There is ample space around the logo and it is clear on the yellow background.
