Unit Shipment and Sales Data Archives

EPA collects unit shipment data for ENERGY STAR qualified products from partners annually to determine the market penetration of the products and to evaluate the overall performance of the program. The following documents contain the annual data summary reports for the past collection years. In 2010, EPA began gathering unit shipment data for ENERGY STAR appliances. Prior to 2010, sales data was collected for ENERGY STAR appliances. Archived sales data reports are available below.
