Residential Ventilating Fans Specification
The ENERGY STAR Ventilating Fans Specification, Version 2.2, was finalized and immediately went into effect on January 15, 2009. The comment period is now closed. EPA thanks stakeholders for their input and comments during the Version 2.2 development process. Materials related to this process are provided below. Industry Comments on Draft ENERGY STAR Version 2.0 Specification for Ventilating Fans
Ventilating fan manufacturers and other interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments on the current Draft specification, as well as subsequent Draft versions, as needed. This feedback will assist EPA in refining the new Version 2.0 specification. To date, EPA has been given permission to post the following stakeholder comments on the Draft Version 2.0 specification. Please note that these do not comprise all of the comments received by EPA. EPA reviews and considers all comments submitted; the comments included below represent only those EPA has received permission to post.
