Commercial Refrigerators & Freezers (Version 2.0)

The ENERGY STAR Version 2.0 Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Specification was finalized on April 1, 2009. Version 2.0 went into effect on April 1, 2009 for glass and mixed door models, and on January 1, 2010, for solid door models.
