My ENERGY STAR and Home Advisor Sunset

The My ENERGY STAR platform and ENERGY STAR Home Advisor online tool will be sunset in April, and users will no longer be able to access their accounts as of May 1st, 2023.

For current users of the ENERGY STAR Home Advisor, if you wish to keep a record of the data that you have previously entered into the Home Advisor tool, please take the following steps prior to May 1st, 2023:

  • To print the highlights of your home’s profile, click on the print icon (see image below).

  • To save more detailed information, you’ll need to take a screenshot of each module.
  • To save your utility bill data, click to edit the Utility Bills module and take a screenshot of all years with utility data entered
  • To save your data into another ENERGY STAR tool, Portfolio Manager, where you can continue to track and monitor your home energy data, create a Portfolio Manager account using this email address (and login to it to activate it) no later than May 1st, 2023. We’ll transfer your data for you based on the matching email addresses. After the transfer is complete, we’ll contact you with more information about how to get started in Portfolio Manager and its enhanced features (such as tracking solar energy, multiyear data, and expanded metrics).  Learn more about Portfolio Manager.
