As a building owner or manager, you have options when it comes to benchmarking. EPA's free ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool is simple enough that you can benchmark a building yourself―or you can easily find an expert to do it for you. ENERGY STAR Service and Product Provider (SPP) Partners have experience in benchmarking buildings and improving energy performance. This list displays organizations that have benchmarked at least 10 buildings in the in the Los Angeles area1. These Partners are ready to help you understand your building’s current energy use and improve its performance and operating cost.
Every organization on this list can help you benchmark your buildings, and many also provide a variety of additional services. You can get each Partner's headquarters location and contact information, and click on Partner firm names to visit their website and view their services. When you connect, tell them ENERGY STAR sent you.
