Use these instructions to access the final data request link to Portfolio Manager and learn how to prepare and submit your response to EPA. Competitors participating in the 2016 ENERGY STAR National Building Competition: BOOTCAMP must submit their data to be eligible for recognition. Because Portfolio Manager uses annualized metrics, competitors need data for each competing building from September 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016.
