ENERGY STAR Challenge for Industry: Recognition Application Form

Applying for recognition for Achieving the ENERGY STAR Challenge for Industry is a three-step process.

Step 1: Review the Professional Engineer Guide  and PE Checklist.

Step 2: Email your validated Statement of Energy Improvement and completed PE Checklist to industrychallenge@energystar.gov.

• For sites with 2018 or later baselines, use this version of the Statement of Energy Improvement (v5)
• For sites with pre-2018 baselines, use this version of the Statement of Energy Improvement (v2) 
• For sites using an energy use model (e.g. regression model), use this version of the Statement of Energy Improvement (Energy Use Model v1)

Step 3: Click on the link below and fill out the on-line recognition application form.
