  • Benchmarking 100% of its properties in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
  • Continuing implementation of its strategy to reach net zero operational carbon across its global portfolio by 2050 through generation of net-zero carbon models for each asset and focusing on energy efficiency and on-site renewables.
  • Incorporating ENERGY STAR into its employee education through “Lunch and Learn” sessions on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and net-zero carbon, as well as its in-depth training sessions with Engineering, Property Management, and Asset Management teams.
