Servidyne, LLC is an energy and sustainability consulting firm. Servidyne helped clients benchmark nearly 1,000 properties in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® and earned ENERGY STAR® certification for 160 properties. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Identifying and improving properties with low ENERGY STAR scores. Servidyne conducted energy audits to determine the best energy saving measures, demonstrated energy improvements, and positioned properties to earn ENERGY STAR certification.
  • Integrating clients’ Portfolio Manager metrics into various environmental, social, and governance tracking and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Promoting ENERGY STAR and Portfolio Manager at conferences through training and involvement with associations such as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the U.S. Green Building Council.
