  •  Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for more than 40 properties.
  •  Developing a certification decision tool to recommend eligible assets for ENERGY STAR certifications, green building, and health and wellness certifications. 
  •  Expanding its Tomorrow’s World program to include all wholly owned industrial sector investments. This effort includes onboarding assets into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
  •  Adding language to its template for Joint Venture Agreements, which improves data sharing capabilities with its joint-venture partners. The language includes a requirement for its joint-venture partners to report asset-level utility data semi-annually in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
  •  Committing to achieving a net-zero carbon portfolio by 2040 and setting an interim target of capturing 80% of tenant utility data by 2030.
