  • Delivering 500 ENERGY STAR benchmarks, 34 certified properties, and one each of Tenant Space recognition and pro bono certification services to its clients.
  • Conducting, on average, 35 audits per month for energy, water, and waste using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® to establish and analyze benchmarking trends.
  • Using Portfolio Manager to generate progress and goals reports demonstrating energy and water reductions to clients.
  • Becoming a Premier Member of EPA’s ENERGY STAR Certification Nation.
