LivCor is a multifamily asset management company. LivCor demonstrated its commitment to energy efficiency and ENERGY STAR® through engagement with internal staff and leveraging of ENERGY STAR resources to improve the energy efficiency of its properties. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

• Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 75 properties.
• Validating its greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory in accordance with the GHG Protocol and developing a GHG inventory management plan to standardize and improve transparency.
• Partnering with its utility pay partners to develop an application programming interface to receive invoice level energy and water consumption data into its internal database to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Leveraging ENERGY STAR Treasure Hunts to develop a pilot community-level assessment that looks for low- and no-cost energy efficiency opportunities.
• Establishing a key performance indicator to execute $3 million in energy efficiency projects and target a reduction of more than 1,000 tons of estimated annual common area carbon emissions.
