LaSalle Investment Management is a real estate investment management firm. LaSalle leveraged the ENERGY STAR® program to engage with its stakeholders and communicate to investors and clients about its strong energy management program. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

• Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 36 properties.
• Conducting 39 American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Level II energy audits and 16 net-zero carbon pilots across its office and multifamily properties.
• Continuing its #CertsUpLaSalle marketing campaign and raffle to incentivize property managers to submit photos of completed ENERGY STAR certifications actively displayed at their property.
• Committing to reduce landlord-controlled operational carbon emissions of its global portfolio of directly managed core assets to net zero by the year 2050, including a 50% reduction by 2030.
• Launching its Operational Efficiency Program designed to increase awareness and recognition of energy-efficient operations, challenging properties to achieve the greatest reduction in energy use intensity and tracking performance in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
