• Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 53 properties.
• Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio within ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
• Partnering with an energy management expert to implement energy analytics software across 100% of its portfolio to improve energy efficiency in buildings by providing valuable insight, including data collection, real-time monitoring, data analysis, recommendations and optimization, and measurement and verification of efficiency projects.
• Working with its tenants to transition to an automated utility invoice collection process that will allow it to receive utility usage information directly from utility providers.
• Advancing decarbonization by working toward its Science Based Targets initiative of reducing its Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions by 31% by 2030 and 72% by 2050 from a 2017 base year.
