Jamestown is a real estate investment management company. Jamestown continued to grow its strong energy management program, leveraging ENERGY STAR® tools to help optimize energy use and improve efficiency in its buildings. Key 2022 accomplishments include:

  •  Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for nine buildings and becoming a Member of ENERGY STAR Certification Nation.
  •  Benchmarking 100% of its office and mixed-use assets in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
  •  Conducting ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits for all buildings with an ENERGY STAR score below 75.
  •  Hosting quarterly night walks to capture energy efficiency opportunities inspired by ENERGY STAR Treasure Hunts.
  •  Establishing a building-level net zero performance management tool to track greenhouse gas reductions achieved by each implemented initiative at the building level to measure strategy efficacy and identify decarbonization strategies to prioritize.
