Over the past year, Global Facility Solutions has benchmarked 100% of its client properties in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, with nearly 60 of these properties earning ENERGY STAR certification. Key 2022 accomplishments include:

•  Benchmarking nearly 90 client properties in Portfolio Manager. 
•  Earning ENERGY STAR certification for nearly two-thirds of its clients’ benchmarked portfolios.
•  Integrating ENERGY STAR tools, resources, and best practices into Energy Auditing and Capital Investment Planning services.
•  Assisting a major corporate client develop a new environmental, social, and corporate governance program, leveraging benchmarking data from Portfolio Manager to prepare sustainability reports for the client’s investors and other stakeholders.
•  Helping clients to understand and communicate ENERGY STAR scores and other metrics from Portfolio Manager to differentiate properties and attract tenants.
