Fulton Homes Logo

Fulton Homes, a regional home builder, constructed more than 420 ENERGY STAR® certified homes in 2023, for a total of more than 8,000 homes since joining the program in 2008. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Incorporating ENERGY STAR program messaging at every consumer touchpoint, including throughout its website, model homes, sales, and design centers, and in all print and electronic marketing materials, including its annual Be an ENERGY STAR radio campaign promoting the energy efficiency features of its homes.
  • Continuing to educate every homebuyer about the features and benefits of ENERGY STAR certified homes through the use of touchscreens in sales offices, allowing buyers to see energy-efficient construction practices, and during on-site meetings with construction staff at the preconstruction, pre-drywall, and final walk-through stages.
  • Continuing to offer a Learning Academy, which offers online training courses for construction and customer care staff, including content on energy efficiency construction practices and ENERGY STAR program requirements.
  • Applying advanced technologies and construction practices to further improve home energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and water conservation, including constructing homes that earn EPA’s Indoor airPLUS and WaterSense certifications.
In 2020 ENERGY STAR and its partners helped Americans avoid more than $40 Billion in energy costs
