EnergyCAP, LLC is an energy management consulting firm. EnergyCAP enhanced its services that exchange data with ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® to improve customer experience, focusing on higher education properties. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Benchmarking more than 16,000 properties in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
  • Developing a new software platform for utilities that provides customers with the whole-building energy data required to benchmark in Portfolio Manager.
  • Launching a promotional campaign encouraging higher education customers to participate in ENERGY STAR’s higher education building initiative.
