Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 (PUD) is an electric and water utility in Washington state, serving customers in Snohomish County and on Camano Island. Snohomish County PUD greatly enhanced its marketplace and point-of-purchase retail strategies serving numerous ENERGY STAR® certified product programs to improve user experience resulting in significant enhancements to program performance. Key 2022 accomplishments include:
- Driving increased purchases of ENERGY STAR certified products through enhanced functionality and integration of ENERGY STAR education into on-line and in-store point-of-sale resources supported by social media, paid advertising and email marketing efforts that delivered 2,421,391 impressions and reached 209,600 unique customers.
- Garnering 344,000 pageviews across a new rebate center and enhanced web-based marketplace and issuing more than $113,000 in rebates representing adoption of more than 1,300 ENERGY STAR certified products in just six months.
- Enhancing their website consumer experience with ENERGY STAR helping them earn position #1 in the West Midsize segment in the latest JD Power report.
