RealPage is a provider of software and data analytics. Over the past year, RealPage helped benchmark nearly 4,000 multifamily properties in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, comprising more than 50,000 buildings and nearly 800,000 residential units. Key 2022 accomplishments include:
- Helping to benchmark 100% of U.S. sustainability services client properties in Portfolio Manager.
- Establishing a strategic partnership with ENERGY STAR award winner, Measurabl, to integrate a proven ESG reporting solution into RealPage’s Sustainability Services.
- Incorporating ENERGY STAR partnership status, value propositions, and/or logos in all communications related to sustainability and utility management, including nearly 50 new marketing flyers, white papers, and case studies.
- Creating outreach opportunities for EPA staff from ENERGY STAR and WaterSense programs at corporate events such as the RealPage Energy Summit, as well as on multiple webinars.
