Key 2022 accomplishments include:
- Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 13 properties, representing 100% of its portfolio.
- Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® for energy, water, and waste.
- Installing and upgrading new building management systems across its assets, with each having an API connection to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. System interfaces also have an ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager widget on each home screen, so it is easily accessible for property management and engineering teams.
- Creating marketing material for each property, which includes information on ENERGY STAR certification, ENERGY STAR Tenant Space Recognition, and the ENERGY STAR logo.
- Developing and circulating a marketing one-pager to tenants throughout its portfolio that promotes ENERGY STAR Tenant Space recognition.
- Promoting ENERGY STAR to tenants with lobby screens, e-blasts, and one-pagers with ENERGY STAR certification information, internal and external signage, newsletters, and webinars.
