JLL is a professional services and investment management firm. JLL has continued to leverage ENERGY STAR® resources to drive energy savings within its managed properties and provide leadership in energy management to the industry. Key 2022 accomplishments include:

•  Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 115 managed properties. 
•  Achieving $259 million in accumulated client savings through execution of over 1,500 energy conservation projects in 2022. 
•  Engaging employees through its Annual Operational Compliance Program training webinar, which trained over 1,000 employees to use ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® to drive energy use reductions.
•  Developing a multi-channel communication strategy to promote ENERGY STAR across diverse audiences, including over 98,000 global employees. Communications tactics include articles, press releases, blogs, social media campaigns, websites, webinars, public and internal presentations, case studies, tenant communications, videos, and its annual Sustainability Report. 
•  Setting a Science Based Target of reducing its Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions by 68% per square foot and Scope 3 carbon emissions by 53% per square foot by 2034. In addition, JLL is on track to achieve net zero carbon emissions across all JLL occupied buildings by 2030.
