Dominion Energy is a power and energy company that supplies electricity and natural gas to parts of Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The Residential Efficient Products Marketplace Program in Virginia and North Carolina successfully implemented a retail program, an online marketplace, and a multi-media outreach campaign that collectively resulted in over 3.6 million ENERGY STAR® certified LED bulbs sold and more than 15,000 residential customer rebates on ENERGY STAR certified appliances. Key 2022 accomplishments include:

•  Increasing the visibility and sales of ENERGY STAR certified lighting and appliances through partnerships with 565 big box, dollar store, and independently-owned retailers with features that included a lighting end-cap promotion at Lowe’s, an A-line bulb pallet promotion at Walmart, and an air purifier model end cap promotion at Costco, all resulting in over 200,000 more LED lightbulbs sold. 
•  Partnering with 270 retailers that serve low-income communities, including Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Habitat ReStore, to provide deeply discounted ENERGY STAR certified LED bulbs to increase access to energy efficiency.
•  Deploying a digital ad campaign that ran 52 weeks and generated over 7 million impressions with over 32,000 opens/clicks as well as an appliance rebate promotional email campaign featuring messaging from the ENERGY STAR Flip Your Fridge and laundry promotions that reached more than 600,000 customers with nearly 175,000 unique opens.
