- Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 16 properties and becoming a premier member of ENERGY STAR Certification Nation.
- Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® for energy, water, and waste.
- Earning ENERGY STAR Tenant Space recognition for its corporate headquarters office.
- Adopting portfolio-wide goals including net-zero GHG intensity by 2050 and a 50% reduction in energy intensity from a 2018 baseline.
- Establishing an internal schedule to ensure that property energy audits are performed on a recurring basis to meet its energy reduction objectives.
