  • Submitting 897 applications for ENERGY STAR certification, including 227 new and 670 recertifications.
  • Contributing to the success of the 2023 Fannie Mae Multifamily Energy and Water Survey by working with multifamily clients to urge their participation and ensure sufficient data to support the update date of the ENERGY STAR score.
  • Enhancing subscription services to allow clients to create and modify ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager building profiles, track utilities portfolio-wide, and manage benchmarking ordinance compliance submissions.
  • Teaming with EPA to promote ENERGY STAR at client and industry events.
