  •  Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 16 properties and becoming a premier member of ENERGY STAR Certification Nation. 
  •  Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® for energy, water, and waste.
  •  Earning ENERGY STAR Tenant Space recognition for its corporate headquarters office.
  •  Adopting portfolio-wide goals including net-zero GHG intensity by 2050 and a 50% reduction in energy intensity from a 2018 baseline.
  •  Establishing an internal schedule to ensure that property energy audits are performed on a recurring basis to meet its energy reduction objectives.
  •  Leveraging its Columbia Gateway app, a tenant experience platform that serves as way to communicate its energy and sustainability program, including information on ENERGY STAR Day, ENERGY STAR Tenant Space®, and ENERGY STAR related tips and resources. In addition, the app provides ENERGY STAR certification and website links directly to tenants.
