  • Benchmarking energy use in more than 1,100 properties and water use in more than 1,000 properties in Portfolio Manager®.
  • Leveraging ENERGY STAR scores to develop strategies for meeting Washington, D.C.’s Building Energy Performance Standards for a national multifamily ownership group.
  • Incorporating energy use intensities in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager in decarbonization assessments and energy audits for 24 facilities with energy efficiency and carbon neutrality goals.
  • Using the ENERGY STAR Treasure Hunt maps while leading an assessment at a distribution center that identified several energy saving measures for implementation.
