Bosch Home Appliances, a residential kitchen and laundry appliances manufacturer, revamped its dishwasher lineup to meet new ENERGY STAR® requirements and significantly enhanced its marketing and media focus on energy efficiency and ENERGY STAR, earning billions of impressions. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

• Unveiling its biggest dishwasher launch with a complete update of the portfolio, where most of the model series are 100% ENERGY STAR certified.
• Expanding Home Connect® to be included on every dishwasher model. The Home Connect app platform introduced two new water- and energy-focused features for dishwashers, providing estimated energy and water usage information to consumers, as well as a scheduling feature that allows consumers to run their dishwasher during off-peak hours.
• Incorporating ENERGY STAR and efficiency messaging across marketing and communications efforts, including print articles, broadcast segments, a consumer survey, and a press release, garnering more than 1.22 billion in potential impressions.
• Manufacturing appliances at local Bosch factories with a net carbon footprint of zero for direct/indirect carbon emissions.
• Training more than 11,000 individuals (through October 2023) at in-person and virtual events on the benefits of ENERGY STAR products.
