Beazer Homes U.S.A., Inc., a large national home builder, constructed more than 4,000 ENERGY STAR certified homes in 2023, for a total of more than 85,500 homes since joining the program in 2011. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Continuing to feature ENERGY STAR as a key component of its “Surprising Performance” consumer messaging, a corporate-wide campaign promoting its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability throughout all print and electronic media.
  • Continuing to hold training events with sales, construction, warranty, and purchasing staff on the value of building ENERGY STAR certified homes, including hosting 2-day training events across 18 markets.
  • Beginning to build homes to earn EPA’s new ENERGY STAR NextGen certification in its mid-Atlantic division.
