Criteria Development Process
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released final criteria for the Advanced Adaptive Compressor Emerging Technology 2020 Award.
The 2020 Award winners will be announced on a rolling basis once documentation is verified and approved by EPA and products are available for U.S. sale. Product submittals and other information requests can be sent to emergingtech@energystar.gov.
2020 Emerging Technology Award Final Criteria
Below are the final 2020 Emerging Technology Award criteria for advanced adaptive compressors. Manufacturers with products that meet the Award criteria may immediately begin submitting the necessary documentation to demonstrate that they meet this criteria to emergingtech@energystar.gov. All Award-winning products will be listed on the Emerging Technology Award Advanced Adaptive Compressors Qualified Product List.

2020 Emerging Technology Award Draft Criteria
EPA invites feedback on these proposed 2020 ENERGY STAR Emerging Technology Award Draft Criteria for Refrigerators with Advanced Adaptive Compressors. The deadline to submit feedback is February 28, 2020.
