  • Increasing the number of ENERGY STAR certifications to 27 properties, including 12 new certifications.
  • Adding 181 properties to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®, more than doubling the previous year’s total.
  • Developing 10 on-site solar projects and installing 19 electric vehicle charging stations.
  • Submitting data to support the analysis of proposed ENERGY STAR NextGen certification criteria and ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager enhancements.
