  • Benchmarking energy use for more than 130 properties.
  • Identifying facilities’ energy savings potential by first benchmarking using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® to calculate the difference between baseline and estimated costs if the property were ENERGY STAR certified.
  • Using the ENERGY STAR score in proposals and tracking client score improvements in its measurement and verification process.
  • Supporting the McLean County Unit 5 School District and DeKalb Schools in Illinois with ENERGY STAR certifications and providing a “good news report” to the superintendent and board of education to celebrate the cost savings and energy reductions.
